Nothing like listening to the Universe to get your attention. At the end of the residency period the FI Fellows voyaged to Bishop, CA to explore Cal Tech's radio telescopes, where researchers from around the world hone in on low (ish) frequency signals to study the solar corona, transient phenomena, and the Sun's influence on near-Earth space.
